1997
Opening of the restaurant by chefs Kevin-Luo and Patrick-Choi in Paris, France.
New restaurant in Montévrain
1999
Chef Choi moves to the city of Montévrain and runs the restaurant in the region, while Luo runs the one in Paris.
Opening a new franchise in Voisins-le-Bretonneux, France.
2001
New restaurant focused on Confectionery, partners Luo and Choi run it.
New restaurant focused on Chinese Food Villepreux I, partners Luo and Choi run it.
2005
Partners Luo and Choi open a new restaurant focused on Chinese food and chef Stacy-Lee heads the entire kitchen team.
Technological cuisine in Paris.
2013
The creation of a fully technological kitchen in the Paris restaurant, as it was the busiest point, required the creation of a fully technological kitchen, which included the purchase of new equipment for the new kitchen.
Expansion of parking for customers in Paris.
2015
The parking lot was expanded to accommodate an additional 50 areas for customer parking.
Expansion of parking for customers in Voisins-le-Bretonneux.
2017

Opening of a kitchen specializing in Steakhouses.
2020
Chef Luo and Choi opened a restaurant focused on barbecue, chef Aren Goodman was hired and leads a team of 30 cooks.
Chef Aren Goodman becomes a partner.
2022
Chef Aren Goodman becomes a partner and will have the same responsibilities and obligations as Chef Luo and Choi.
Expansion to South America.
2024
The three partners intend to create a Mexican food franchise and for this purpose they have already purchased a 300 square meter plot of land and will begin construction of the new restaurant.
